Steel Plywood Formwork GK90 system

The steel plywood formwork GK90 system belongs to the hollow steel frame formwork system. The formwork profile adopts special hollow steel of Q355 material, which has the characteristics of high strength and rigidity, light weight and good capacity of bearing load.

The plywood is 15mm thick high-quality Birch plywood, which has the characteristics of high modulus and bearing capacity. The plywood was fixed to the steel frame by bland rivets, that make the concrete surface is smooth after removing the formwork.

GK90 Steel Wall Panel

Steel wall panel is mainly used for wall pouring,there are many different specifications that flexible and convenient applications.

Steel wall panel includes panel and steel frame.The panel is made of high-quality plywood 15mmthickness. The steel frame is composed of side ribs, beams, and rectangular tubes welded with the frame, that made of Q235 material special hollow section steel and the overall strength is high.

GK90 Steel Column Panel

750mm steel column panel can be poured to the maximum 650mm*650mm column, 900mm steel

panel can be poured to the maximum 800mm*800mm column; 750mm and 900mm can be used

together that can be poured to 650mm*800mm column.

Through adjusting the position of the T strap to reach pouring, the adjustment unit is 50mm.

Clamp

There are a variety of connection ways between steel framed formworks. According to different constructonprojects, the clamp can be flexibly used to connecte d steel framed formworks. Usually, the clamp is dividedinto GK90 damp, GK90 flex damp, and GK90 extension damp.

When two steel framed formworks are directly connected, the GK90 clamp can be used to connect;When the steel wall panel is connected with the inside comer panel, the GK90 clamp can be connected.
